As somebody who has lived in NYC my whole life, I love the common pigeon. So much so that I made it into a mask
This mask is probably my first HQ mask.
Reasons, I think this:
Very well altered base
Good elastic
Covered up any cardboard on the inside , ie lining
Foam
Good paint job
Accurate to pigeons (would never do them wrong)
If you don't think so, it's at least MQ high end
Anyway
I made this by adjusting a base w cardboard, felting, and painting
Pigeons have a holographic purple and green on their feathers so I imitated it by adding a thin layer of sparkles!!
Then off lining and foam, and elastic

And I've run out of elastic, but if I get more I'll for sure send an extra bit in case it doesn't fit!!!
