These are Mythography suede slip-on shoes. They are labeled as size 1, which I believe corresponds to a men's small size. I bought them 5 years ago for 22,680 yen.
I purchased them online and only tried them on at home. There are small scratches on the soles and faint lines on the left toe. The shoes do not come with the original box.
