MSI Trident 3 Gaming PC in Arctic

Needs a fresh install of Windows. Bought from university surplus. They didn’t have the power adapter so they couldnt tell me anything about it. (the power adapter is a proprietary 4 pin connector, not a 3 prong.) bought the power adapter (50 ) booted it up, it’s still got some campus labs username, and wasn’t reset. I suspect the lab lost the power cord then just gave it to surplus or surplus lost it. They dont do refunds or exchanges & Told me to buy windows.

can be booted to desktop in safe mode but just really needs a fresh install of windows to override all the old junk. I’m a Mac user and just bought this thinking - hey decent windows computer for the low. Didn’t realize surplus was gonna want me to buy another copy to repair.
