Designed and made by Maurice Milleur for Casino Magic Biloxi (no longer in business) for customers of a special event. It is aluminum with Pewter emblems. There are scratches on the top side of the tray where items would sit. Since it's aluminum it could be buffed out but leaving that up to the buyer.
