phone is in amazing clean condition... no cracks or
anything of that sort! but DOESNT turn on due to the
fact it was dropped in water but if the LCD screen is
replaced i think it can be operable again, or you could
always scrap it for parts!
phone wasn't locked when it was dropped in water so i assume it wont be locked if it is repaired...
