This laptop is a great must have for you or your college/school student. The only issue is the charging code needs to be plugged in at all times. Does not retain charge. Wr have changed to new battery did not help. Upon contacting HP we were told the issue is updates, you would need to install updates and that will fix the issue. We did not try that resolution.
