I bought this product brand new and never got to use it properly because my camera and lense set up is too heavy for this gimbal.
＊Has some light wear which is only a couple of scratches on the quick release plate that are non visible once the gimble itself if fully assembled. Everything else is still brand new.
＊Other than that nothing is missing except a couple of screws that can be easily replaced.
