Porcelain decorated with hand painted women gossiping in a garden motif with gold guilding. Two tiny chips see the photo. I can be repaired. The footed cup measures 2 inches tall. It measures 1 1/2 inches deep. The cup opening measures 2 3/4 inches in diameter. The saucer measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter.
