I know you want it. Soon to be Hall of Fame member once he passes due to his lifelong baseball incarceration for gambling on the game. He is 79 and probably will be inducted in the next five years depending on his health-and eventual passing. He will be missed. One of the best hitters the game has ever seen. If you are too young or don’t remember him playing, FYI-he played with 100% unadulterated conviction! Loved his passion, and the 110% effort he gave while on the field for 24 years! He might not have been the most talented on the field at the time but his desire to win was unmatched by ANYONE!
