1980's sitting cat brooch made by American Jewelry Chain Company (AJC) in the 1980's. He is very cleverly made with different types of gold chains forming the body. Or, what appears to be gold metal chains forming the body. The American Jewelry Chain Company of Rhode Island was founded in 1927. The jewelry made by AJC included figures of animal and people doing various activities. They also produced jewelry for holidays and special occasions. It continued in business until the late 1990s.
He is 2 3/4 tall x almost 1 1/2 at the widest point.
He has some very light wear to the gold metal plating
