Antique etching titled Ponte Vecchio , signed by the artist Joseph Pennell. It is in a Bloomingdale's (New York) frame, which measures approximately 16 3/4 long x 13 wide, and has some obvious nicks/chips/scuffs. Printed by Brown & Bigelow, St. Paul, Minnesota.
Both his signature and Ponte Vecchio appear to be written in ink. I purchased this, along with several other signed etchings, from a reputable auction where everything was noted as signed . It looks real to me, but since it was not mine originally I guess I cannot say so with absolute certainty!
